clean room comfortable bed perfect location dark room small window overnight parking
the room was very clean the beds were comfortable i appreciated that. breakfast was good i did have to pay for it when i got it. the location is perfect for sightseeing it is easy to get around.
the room was very dark all the time even with all lights on i had a small window only. i could not avail of discounted car parking it was unlike other hotels. i parked in the wrong car park and paid extra for overnight parking i was informed of this on check out.

The location was CENTRAL. Breakfast had a very good selection of items. I found both hot and cold options available. The staff was ALWAYS helpful and friendly . The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service maintained it well.
The bathroom was a bit small, making movement slightly restricted.

The hotel is near many shops and bars. I was only minutes away from many places. The central location made exploring the area VERY easy and convenient.

The staff provided quick responses to requests. The reception desk operates 24/7. The staff assisted with directions and local recommendations, a service that i appreciated.

cheap bread cereal box
The breakfast was a joke I must say. The menu board displayed tempting options then it turned out those were unavailable. I was left with a box of cereal and toast warmed on a rotating rack so cheap plastic bread is the right description. I skipped breakfast altogether the following morning so I ate elsewhere.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast included a superb variety of products. The staff were very helpful (they even helped me to find a good local pub!). The room was clean and quite spacious.
The room was a bit dark, even with all lights on.

The staff readily sourced a wheelchair. They provided assistance to my brother. He had mobility issues and it really helped. The customer service here is something ELSE (in a good way!).

The bedroom was spacious. It had an airy feel. I loved having a bag of fresh towels left at the door. We did not want to be disturbed and this was respected.

The location is excellent. It is central for exploring the city. It is near Eyre Square. The Latin Quarter is also close by. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

Breakfast had loads of choice. It was fantastic. There were mini pastries available. The restaurant and bar downstairs are quite convenient. I found them very user-friendly .
